This makes it easy to generate ultra-cold atoms without having to go into the necessary high-vacuum technology. The\u00a0miniMOT\u2122\u00a0<\/b>The system consists of the high-vacuum cell, the source of Ru atoms and an ion pump, all in a compact, optically accessible structure at moderate costs. Cold trapped atoms can be produced at 50 \u00b5K.<\/p>\n
Additionally offers\u00a0ColdQuanta<\/b>\u00a0a kit\u00a0<\/b>which contains the miniMOT with coils on a breadboard, optics for adjusting the trap, an integrated coil driver and a CCD camera for observing the MOT. The\u00a0miniMOT\u2122 kit<\/b>\u00a0enables easy production of an MOT without extensive in-house development.<\/p>\n
The arrangement is preset for easy operation but can also be easily modified, beam splitting and beam shaping are simplified. In addition, the user needs two lasers with coupling optics.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
